1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. How long does shipping take?

Free Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

Express Shipping: 5–7 business days
Please note that all orders require a 1- 3 business-day processing time before shipping.
3. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can use that link to track your package directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
5. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at support@bebyra.com or via live chat.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll update the address for you.
If it’s already shipped, we unfortunately can’t change it.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@bebyra.com
After that, we may not be able to make changes if the order has already been processed or shipped.
7. What if my package is missing or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bebyra.com
Please keep the original packaging and provide photos if applicable — it helps us resolve your issue faster.
8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange.

9. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Standard Shipping (7–12 business days) on all U.S. orders.
You can also choose Express Shipping (5–7 business days) for faster delivery at an additional cost $14.99.
